Career
R. Adam Smith is a seasoned private equity investor, entrepreneur, and advisor with over two decades of leadership in finance and business. He founded Circle Peak Capital, a private investment firm, where he led more than $1.5 billion in leveraged buyouts and guided portfolio companies through growth, restructuring, and sales exceeding $600 million. Earlier in his career, he gained foundational experience as a strategy consultant at Bain & Company, where he advised Fortune 500 companies on growth and operational excellence.

In addition to his investment leadership, Adam has served as a trusted advisor to founders, family offices, and private investors. He established Wisdom Board, a platform that brings together experienced leaders and advisors to help organizations strengthen governance and long-term strategy.
