Family Office Private Advisors LLC, a wholly-owned affiliate, provides in-house, advisory services to established family office and founder-led companies - founded 2014. A Delaware LLC.
Big Sky Partners LLC, a wholly-owned affiliate, offers strategic and corporate development services to entrepreneurs and their high-growth companies - founded 2014. A Delaware LLC.
Circle Peak Capital LLC, a wholly-owned affiliate, is a private direct investment company focused on consumer and financial services related companies with up to $250 million in sales - founded 2002. A Delaware LLC.
RASCP, its affiliates, and clients may also co-invest in selected principal opportunities. The firm is based in NYC.

R. Adam Smith is an experienced financier of, advisor to, tens of venture, startup, and private equity-backed companies. R. Adam has founded several companies, all in uninterrupted operation since inception
Seasoned principal investor (Caxton-Iseman Capital LLC, Castle Harlan, Inc., Columbus Advisors LLC) and veteran of Wall Street (Salomon Brothers Inc., J.P. Morgan, and Lehman Brothers Inc).
